Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Head Nest. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please contact our support team and we'll guide you through the process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
